Alba is in the process of establishing a bespoke service to the NDE community. This new product range will include wideband immersion transducers, phased arrays, high temperature transducers and a range of new array devices for process monitoring and control, specifically for the oil and gas industry.

Combined with Alba's renowned expertise in bandwidth and sensitivity, these new arrays offer unparalleled imaging performance and are directly compatible with most commercial array control systems.

Working in partnership with the UK Research Centre for Research in Non-Destructive Evaluation, Alba is developing a new range of phased array transducers for advanced NDE applications. These radical designs have their origins in the world of nature and through the use of CAD, it has been possible to optimise array element size and distribution, for individual applications.
